Saturday is for pancakes made from scratch. This week is Abigail’s turn to help. It is kind of a tradition for us.
It is all good stuff.

We had family home evening tonight. Tanner gave the lesson on temptation – and the need to flee from it. What you see here is the object lesson. Water, Pepper, and a little dish detergent to make it scatter.
Lexi told us a story. She told us about the gingerbread man. We aren’t quite sure why she wanted to tell us the gingerbread man story but she did and so we listened. Kris even crafted a link back into Tanner’s lesson about running from temptation into Lexi’s gingerbread man story.
Nice swing – fouled it off the catcher’s mask. He ended up drawing a walk out of it and then was singled in. Not a bad start.
It is opening day and Tanner is catching. So far He is doing great.
Tally certainly has the life of Reilly. She just got up on the bed, snuggled innder the covers and commandeered my pillow. She is one presumptuous puppy. Needless to say that shortly after this picture I took my pillow back.
However, sometime during the night she reappeared with Kiki. Our bed became grand central station. Sleep? It is so overrated.
Sigh…
We have come up with the next installment in the Super Roquefort series… This time Roquefort saves Easter in Capitol City.

At least the two youngest are ready for church. Kris is running the ‘hair machine’ where everyone passes through, gets their hair fixed up as needed and move on. Usually this involves much weeping and wailing on Kiki’s part. Kiki did so good today. There were a few tears, but no blood curtling screams.
Life is good.
We are all freezing and so we are all in the excursion singing songs – currently no tears, but they are always only seconds away.
We will wait this one out.
