Went with the kids to Kennecott Copper mine and then went exploring up Bingham canyon. There were deer everywhere. Lexi was able to get within 3 feet of one before it took off. We also saw some wild turkeys that the kids chased. We had a great time.

365 Day 154
We had Sunday dinner at our house before the viewing. We made a veritable feast. All of the kids helped out in one way or another and we had a ton of food and it was delicious (if I do say so myself). The pot roast wasn’t as good as Mom’s but it was one of the better ones we have made. I had a blast. Based on the picture you would think that the kool-aid was the center of attention… and hey why not? Lexi makes a mean kool-aid.
Life is certainly good.

Lexi’s Birthday Bash
For Lexi’s Birthday we went to “The Incredible Pizza Factory” and pigged out at the buffet, played games, painted faces, and had fun for all. It was actually a pretty decent place. Everyone had a pretty good time. I enjoyed hanging out with the family and watching them be goofy (of which there was plenty).
The funniest thing was after our B-Day party, Kris had to drive up Millcreek Canyon to Jon and Mare’s cabin for a “Girls-only” sleepover with Kristine and Mare. Kris said that she had a good time, but due to any number of odd circumstances she didn’t get to sleep until after 1:00 AM so she i pretty wiped out tonight.

Mom’s Family Calendar
Here are all the pictures from Mom’s calendar for the year. I’ll transcribe and get it into a google calendar for everyone to share.
365 Day 149
Helped dad out this evening. I took pictures of Mom’s calendar pages so we’d have a record.
