Daily Exercise
I started a new set of exercises. It involved a number of lunges. My legs and butt really hurt now. I couldn’t finish the whole “plan”. I need more workout time I suppose.
I thought that I was doing pretty well with my exercises but evidently I was somewhat mistaken.
Life is good!
On another note, Holly sent me an email saying that she made it to the school in Switzerland all safe and sound. She isn’t dead in a ditch or anything. Glad she made it and hope that she does well.
Update: 9/29 8:45PM – My lower body is still really sore. If I stay in one spot I am fine, but the active use of my legs and behind is to be avoided at all costs. Curse you exercise routine!

This was done as a bit of an experiment (the 24hourfitness tweet) The problem is real, but I wanted to see if they would respond to me. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from the club manager. I need to call him back and we will see what he has to say. I guess that Twitter works!
