Cassidy’s opening night in Cinderella. She was so excited. She was playing “Joy” – one of the stepsisters. She did an excellent job. She was expressive, funny, and spot on. I may be a bit prejudiced as her dad, but she was awesome. The play itself was very good. The players were all talented and the story moved at a nice pace. It was a great community theater experience – way better than “Grease” last year. Well done Cass!

Summer Life at the Pool
Took the kids to the pool and Lexi just decided to totally relax and float away. I couldn’t pass up the moment. The kids are doing pretty well. Summer is getting “boring” for them at times, but they are enjoying it none the less. Overall? Life is good.

My best friend in the extreme heat. Hopefully it will cost less to run than the A/C. It is great when the humidity is low, but tonight the humidity is up significantly and it isn’t working out quite as well.

Tanner finished up his 5000 catches today so that he could turn it in tomorrow as part of summer two-a-days. He made his goal. Good job T!
