365 Day 15

It is garbage pickup time. It only happens once a year and we were ready this time. The dumpster was empty before we started ‘dumping’. I guess we contributed a bit more than our fair share.

  • An awesome, but fast moving summer storm. I love the summer rain. Kids now huddled in our room. Not great, but not bad either. #

365 Day 14

We went to Gardner Village with Kennedy to take pictures in her baptism dress. She was a grump, but we got a few good ones. This one, while not really showing off the dress was my favorite.

This explains the day. Hurry up and get the hair done and move on to the next activity. Things get pretty crazy around here and it is all that we can do to stay on top of things. Kris does a great job. I don’t know how she accomplishes it.

Shot over 500 pictures today at Lagoon. Not too many with the iPhone.

This was just a happy little piece of art.

Football and the temple. A pretty good combination.

Tanner had a second “no-pads” scrimmage against Bingham. He caught 5 of 7 passes and did the things the coaches wanted him to do. The coach just wants him to get faster. He knows it, the coach knows it, we know it. Tanner has taken some training classes at TOSH and knows what he needs to do, he just needs to incorporate the technical knowledge and get it into his muscle memory.

He will do great. He is dedicated and is having a great time. We have fallen behind a bit in his quest for 5000 catches in the summer, but we’ll get back on top of it if it means that my arm falls off.

Anyway, this picture is kind of a cop-out, but I did take the image today and was the best I could do. This 365 quest isn’t quite as easy as I might have imagined.

Stupid life-size horse outside of a western-wear store. Who would have figured?

I was getting treats for Tanner’s ballgame at the grocery store next door.

An update 6/29 – I just drove past the store and the horse is gone. The shop is closed and boarded up. I’m glad that got the shot before it was removed. Sometimes a plan comes together.
