Great EQ Training Meeting
This is an odd post but I thought that I’d quickly jot down some feelings. We were invited to a quorum presidency training with President Barlow. Being the secretary I wasn’t really expecting much more than a dry training meeting. It wasn’t as much as what was said, but what was felt. I came out of the meeting feeling motivated to be a better person, husband, and father. I am excited and motivated to attend and participate in the ward. I am grateful for the feelings of peace and comfort that has carried over with me and I hope that I can keep this in my life. I hope that I can take it and make it grow.
Life is good. I’m busy and things are crazy, but I feel a sense of peace and contentment.

West Jordan Homecoming 2013
Tanner and his friends played a great game and beat Hillcrest. It’s something that hopefully Tanner will remember forever. He had a sack, tipped pass, several solo tackles, and even ran back a kick. He has worked really hard and deserves to have a great experience.
