Hopefully these new Mizuno Wave 7 Elixr shoes will help with my plantar facia and tendonitis. It isn’t severe, but I wonder if my old Ascics were just getting too old. These shoes are really light weight and they feel good on the feet. Let’s see how they deal with a few miles of a fatso running in them.
If nothing else I will at least look fast.
