From Pocatello everything is perfect – except for the cold, windy, and sometimes rainy / snowy weather. T’s team beat the Bear River Bears 14-2 and the Blaze 18-0. Everything that could go well did go well. Tanner is starting to hit the ball hard again. His confidence is rising. The team is on a roll and is having a blast. Jon Jon came up with us and has been a very positive and good influence for Tanner.
Baseball was great. The hot tub was great. The hotel is great. Golden Corral is great (although my body is currently debating the Golden Corral thing).
Life is about as good as it gets for an 11-year old baseball boy.
Things at home are not going so well. It has been a hard day to say the very least and I’m very worried. We need some help and it is not working out so well. I hope and pray for a better day tomorrow.
We have to be at the field around 7:00 am tomorrow. I need some sleep. Tanner and Jon are already crashed out. It is my turn next. Onward and upward. We’ll take this all one day at a time.
