- Daily workout: Stairs 15min, jump rope 5min, 2 min crunches, 2 min lat pull downs, 2 min tricep kickbacks. #
- Daily Food: not so good. Ate at cheesecake factory (I did pass on the cheesecake though). Had a diet coke too. Dang – not doing so hot. #
- More consulting work – too much to do – too little time. #
- one project down (or at least at bay…) and one to go. #
